Before dispatch, product availability, price, sizing and delivery information should be confirmed. Custom-made footwear enters production after its specifications and payment arrangements are approved.
Shipping
Delivery timing depends on stock status, production requirements and destination. Tracking or dispatch information is shared when available. Customers should provide a complete address and reachable phone number.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us promptly if there is a sizing or order issue. Eligible ready-stock items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Customised or made-to-measure products cannot normally be returned unless faulty or different from the confirmed specification.
